Road Safety visit
Last week on Wednesday Constable Andy and Constable Dan came to visit us. They were talking all about road safety as that has been our topic over the last 5 weeks. The children already knew a lot which was great. We got to go outside and practice crossing the road at the pedestrian crossing, we learnt about house side and road side when we are on the footpath and we also learnt about sneaky driveways.

Road Safety
This week is road safety week. We will be practicing crossing the road safely, how to wear a seat belt correctly, learning about sneaky driveways and so much more.
Also Friday this week is junior wheels day, so bring your bike or scooter and your helmet.
Here we are practicing crossing the road safely.

Friday Baking - ANZAC biscuits
Last term the children of room 4 said that they would like to do a bit more baking and cooking at school. So every Friday our poem is food related and we will make something based on that poem.
This week we made ANZAC biscuits.
